Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://wellnessstudioowingsmills.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Poise Company markets and arranges Pilates Classes, Yoga Classes, Breathwork Classes, Mindfulness Classes, Meditation Classes, Core Strength Training, Private Wellness Sessions. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Poise Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Poise Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Poise Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Poise Company against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MD law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MD for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Poise Company reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
